I’ve been having a lot of fun this winter with my new Christmas toy – a Baby Lock Journey sewing/embroidery machine. So much to learn and so many possibilities.
I’ve been collecting cotton and flannel print fabric with sheep on them for while now with the idea of a sheep quilt – someday. With this wonderful new machine, the idea became reality.
Presenting my rag sheep quilt!
It’s huge! King size!! So much cutting, piecing, sewing and more sewing. And then the clipping of the bits to make the rag. I had no idea how long that would take. Forever!!
The back is black and grey flannel and it is so cozy and warm. So pleased with the finished project.
